Ninja courses are all the rage right now, and their difficulty progression system is like a ladder. By exploring this system in depth, you can see the path to challenge and feel the excitement and growth that is gradually rising.
I. Beginner Level Difficulty
1. Basic Balance Challenges
Simple balance beam level: Set up balance beams with a relatively wide width (about 20 - 30 centimeters), a short length (3 - 5 meters), and a low height from the ground (about 0.5 - 1 meter). 2. Basic Climbing and Crawling

Participants learn how to use the coordination of hands and feet to safely climb over the low wall, initially cultivating climbing skills and the body's coordination ability.
Large-mesh climbing net: Use a climbing net with larger meshes (about 30 - 40 square centimeters) and a gentle slope (about 30 - 45 degrees). Participants can easily find the points of support, practice the movements of climbing up and down, and enhance the strength of the upper limbs and the flexibility of the body.
II. Intermediate Level Difficulty
1. Advanced Balance Challenges
Combination of narrow balance beams: The width of the balance beam is reduced to 10 - 15 centimeters, the length is increased to 5 - 8 meters, and multiple sections of balance beams with different heights (1 - 1.5 meters) are set up, with small gaps in between that need to be jumped over. This requires participants to maintain balance under more challenging conditions and also have good jumping accuracy and body control ability.
Shaking rope bridge: The ropes of the rope bridge become thinner, the tension decreases, the length of the bridge body is extended to 8 - 12 meters, and there will be certain natural shaking or artificially created slight swinging. Participants need to quickly pass through the rope bridge in an unstable environment, which greatly tests their sense of balance and the control of core strength.
2. Complex Climbing and Crawling
High wall climbing: The height of the wall is increased to 1.5 - 2.5 meters, the wall surface is relatively smooth, and there are only a few edges or handholds available for grasping. Participants need to plan the climbing route more precisely, use the explosive power and coordination of the body to complete the climb, and also learn to maintain stability and safety at a high place.
Small-mesh climbing net and pipe crawling: The mesh of the climbing net is reduced to 15 - 20 square centimeters, the slope becomes steeper (about 45 - 60 degrees), and a section of narrow pipe crawling is connected after the climbing net. Participants need to control the movements of their hands and feet more delicately during the climbing process, and after entering the pipe, they need to crawl forward in a limited space, which exercises the muscle strength and flexibility of the whole body.
III. Advanced Level Difficulty
1. Extreme Balance Challenges
Ultra-narrow balance beam and obstacle combination: The width of the balance beam is only 5 - 8 centimeters, the length can reach 10 - 15 meters, and various small obstacles, such as rolling balls and protruding wooden blocks, are set on it. Participants not only need to maintain balance on an extremely narrow surface but also need to nimbly avoid obstacles, which poses extremely high requirements for body balance control and reaction ability.
Suspended balance bridge: Build a completely suspended balance bridge that is fixed only by ropes on both sides. The length of the bridge body is 12 - 18 meters, the width is 10 - 15 centimeters, and the bridge body may have irregular shaking and rotation. Participants need to rely on their super core strength and sense of balance to slowly pass through in this extremely challenging environment.
2. High-Difficulty Climbing and Crawling
Vertical climbing wall and rope swing: Set up a nearly vertical (about 80 - 90 degrees) climbing wall, and there are only a few tiny points of support on the wall surface. Participants need strong upper limb strength and precise coordination of hands and feet to climb. Then, a rope swing section is connected. Participants need to grab the rope, use the power of body swing to span a certain distance, and catch the target point in the distance, which is a great test for the body's strength, coordination, and courage.
Complex maze-like crawling: Design a complex maze composed of various elements such as climbing nets, ropes, pipes, and balance beams, which contains hidden passages, traps, and mechanisms that require specific skills to pass through. Participants need to have comprehensive ninja skills, including quick decision-making, flexible adaptation, and excellent body control ability, to successfully crawl through the maze within the specified time.
IV. Expert Level Difficulty
1. Ultra-Extreme Balance Challenges
Unassisted balance challenge: Without any handrails or auxiliary ropes, participants need to pass through a series of balance platforms with different shapes (such as circular, arc-shaped, and irregular shapes) and smooth surfaces. The distance between the platforms is relatively large (2 - 3 meters). Participants need to rely on their own sense of balance and precise control of the body's center of gravity to jump and transfer, with a very low margin of error.
Dynamic balance and interference: Set up a level where participants need to carry out challenges on a large moving or rotating balance device, such as a rotating disc or a swinging balance beam. Meanwhile, there will be various interfering factors around, such as jetting air currents and falling objects. Participants need to maintain balance and complete specific tasks, such as placing items or passing through specific areas, in this extremely complex and unstable environment.
2. Ultra-High-Difficulty Climbing and Crawling
Inverted climbing and crawling: Participants are required to climb and crawl through a series of climbing frames, ropes, and obstacles in a completely inverted state. This requires participants to have extremely strong upper limb strength, core strength, and special spatial awareness ability, so that they can accurately judge the direction and points of support when inverted and complete complex climbing and crawling movements.
Multi-element mixed speed challenge: Integrate various high-difficulty climbing, balance, and crawling elements into a high-speed track-like level.
