We can provide regular maintenance services, our recommendation is every six months. However, due to the high cost involved, for most customers, we offer a variety of maintenance related resources to provide you with the information you need to maintain your playground. Playground maintenance is critical to the quality and long-term success of your equipment. We strongly recommend that you develop and adhere to a maintenance program based on the needs outlined in your owner's manual.
As far as annual inspections and repairs are concerned, if our prices exceed your budget, we recommend that you find a service provider in your area. And we will provide them with all the information and assistance they need to better serve you.
While there are many things you can do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to keep your equipment in tip-top shape, it's best to trust the professionals when it comes to overall inspections and repairs.
Our products and equipment are easy to clean and contain antimicrobial elements in the raw materials.
The owner's manual for your soft play equipment contains cleaning instructions and recommended cleaning chemicals, as some products require different cleaning procedures. Many playground surfaces can be cleaned with water and mild soap. Use brushes only on durable surfaces to prevent scratches. Spot clean as needed and be sure to sanitize or disinfect equipment on a regular basis. Using the proper materials on our play equipment helps keep them looking their best for longer.
LALAPANDIA AMUSEMENT guarantees that our playgrounds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date the game unit is installed. Our sales representative can discuss the details of the limited warranty with you. If quality problems occur during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement product free of charge and handle shipping issues based on actual conditions. (Some consumables are not covered by warranty).
It is common to need to replace certain playground parts due to natural wear and tear. If you need a replacement, please review our selection of common replacement parts to see if we have the part readily available. If you do not see the part you need, we can also help you identify the specific part you need if you call or email our customer service team with pictures and a description. Since we do a very detailed design teardown and save all key information before production, we can provide all accessories that meet the size requirements.
In addition to the types of items we pre-design, our design team allows you to create customized play pieces that fit your business and brand. For example, one of our frequently customized products is our playable foam sculptures. They are suitable for all ages, extremely durable and easy to maintain.
