The different stages of installing a playground

Pre-installation site visit

Whenever possible, the installer and/or project manager will conduct a pre-installation site visit to look at overhead wires, the condition of the surrounding landscaping, the site's proximity to the roadway, potential areas of hoarding, standing water at the site, and so on. We use this information to modify our installation plans and methods.

Installation Process

During the production process, we consider disassembly during installation and draw up a production drop diagram. Before delivery, we will test-fit the iron and plastic parts, drill holes and tighten fasteners at the factory. Bridges will be installed and tunnels will be cut to the right size. When disassembling, we will mark the numbers on the parts and then draw a 3D installation diagram with numbers matching the parts, showing each fastener in color, and a tool list.
